Director of Business Development
Known for his innovation, passion, and drive, Kieran loves helping clients be successful by finding them the best and most cost-effective employee benefit solutions. As Director of Business Development, he is responsible for the company’s growth strategy, sales and marketing. Before joining TAC, Kieran worked in business development for a Philadelphia-based Insurance FinTech and an employee benefits/ ACA compliance consulting firm for the staffing industry. Kieran lives in Glenside, PA with his wife Brenda, his son, Nolan and his best friend (dog) Herc. When he is not working hard to advise clients on benefit strategies, Kieran enjoys being involved in youth sports, golfing and relaxing with family and friends. Fun facts: Kieran enjoys cooking, is a history wiz and plays harmonica and ukulele.
Technical Operations Manager
Denise is driven by the challenge of finding solutions to client issues and by knowing that she is helping individual employees and their families with their finances and their health. Known for her responsiveness and thoroughness, Denise is responsible for TAC’s technical operations and project management. Prior to TAC, she worked at Trion Group as a client services manager. Denise is a graduate of Temple University with a degree in Communications. She lives in Fox Chase, PA with her family. Fun facts: she’s a fashion and super-hero enthusiast, enjoys traveling and adventures with her children and grandchildren, and is a go-to person for dog sitting.
Bonnie has more than 30 years of experience in employee benefits along with a focus on outstanding service, client education, problem resolution and overall customer satisfaction. A strong team player with high performance standards, she began her career as an account manager at a major insurance carrier, working with clients, establishing service standards and overseeing the benefit plans of multiple accounts before moving to a Philadelphia-area broker. Bonnie lives in the suburbs of Philadelphia, PA with her husband and one of her three children and volunteers for her church. Fun facts: Bonnie enjoys buying and restoring antiques, is an enthusiast for Hallmark channels (yes, there is more than one), and loves vacationing in Disney World.
With more than 20 years in employee benefits advising and a focus on building long-term relationships, Chris is known for his depth of knowledge and his expertise in self-funding and other cost-effective strategies. Patient and persistent, he is 100% committed and always available to clients. A graduate of Alvernia University with a degree in criminal justice/education, he lives in the Reading, PA area with his wife, Maria and three children, Chris, Eleni, and Nysia. Fun facts: he loves surfing, snowboarding and fishing, listens to country music and is a wiz at grilling and making Baklava.
Known for his masterful skills at problem solving, Geoffrey loves benefit advising because he gets to help design plans that help many people all at once. That service mentality, the ability to listen for client needs and his natural people skills are what make him an exceptional professional. Fun facts: he is a private and instrument-rated pilot, a jazz and vinyl record enthusiast and his favorite junk foods are potato chips and Haagen Dazs ice cream bars.
